Roles & Responsibilities
All college-wide cultural events will fall under the purview of the Cultural Committee.
Throughout the academic year, cultural events are organized and scheduled by the Cultural Committee.
The committee chairman is responsible for calling meetings at regular intervals so that the group can discuss and assign tasks.
Every cultural event's budget is prepared by the Cultural Committee, which also performs the required actions to get it approved.
Vision
To create a tightly bound S.R.P.C.E Alumni Association that will serve as a link between the college's alumni, management, staff, and students for the benefit of all.
The aim is to enhance the quality of S.R.P Engineering College by using the abilities and resources of students, faculty, and alumni to foster greater engagement.
Serving as a platform for members to share information and serving as a good conduit between college and former students.
To actively cultivate alumni relationships in order to encourage one another's new endeavors and aid in career advancement.
Mission
To unite all alumni to a common platform.
To establish an alumni cell and maintain a database of the alumni living in India and abroad.
To share information with the alumni regarding the latest initiatives and developments of the institution.
To invite them for participation in various activities of the institution.
To honor distinguished alumni for supporting the overall development of the institution.
To provide job opportunities to fresh graduates through references of well placed alumni professionals.
To provide a platform for alumni to organize job fairs and other social welfare activities.
Conducting periodic meetings of the committee members once in two months to chalk out a plan of action.
Conducting training sessions twice in a semester for final year students to introduce them to the industry sector.
Conducting communication skill development, personality development and confidence building programs for all students.
Conducting social awareness programs to prevent suicides, drugs and alcohol.
Conducting social welfare programs like tree plantation, cleanliness drive and health awareness programs.
Conducting yearly alumni get-together.
Honoring the achievers during Alumni meet.
